We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards. Our practice also proudly accepts CareCredit, offering flexible financing options to help make your care more accessible.
Treatments are by appointment only. Please call our office at 817-416-0970 to schedule an appointment.
Cancelations: Must be made 24 business hours in advance to avoid a cancelation charge.
Insurance
Dr. Minotti does not participate with insurance plans, as regenerative orthopedic procedures are generally not covered by insurance providers. Following your consultation, we’re happy to provide a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Dr. Philip is in-network with BCBS PPO and UHC PPO plans.
